i was upgraded to spacious and soundproof double room with balconies. the cost was idr -2147483648. this lovely hotel had a central setting anywhere by scooter or taxi. besides, it was close enough to the beach, the nearby shops/restaurants/bars and the restaurant.

Great restaurant, spacious room with the balcony and comfortable facilities, as for instance. Superb breakfast - a wide range of meals...

The hotel staff were polite.
The walls are thin. I seemed like I was sharing my room with the neighbors. It was unacceptable! Plus, the musty smell in the room made it hard to breathe comfortably. We couldn't wait to check out!

I had a lovely time in a spacious room with a huge bed, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the stunning outdoor pool and the spa services offered. The atmosphere was chill, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, though I did have to deal with a bit of noise from other guests at times. 😊

We enjoyed some amazing days exploring the Bali National Golf Club and the fun attractions at Upside Down World Bali. The hotel had great pools and friendly staff. Keep in mind they don't provide hand towels, so bringing your own is smart!
The TV in our room was pretty grainy and hard to watch. It would be better if they improve the quality.

The overall design of the resort includes several pools with appealing landscaping. The contemporary interior of the rooms offered a vibrant atmosphere, and the shower pressure in the bathroom delivered a satisfying experience.
Cleanliness issues arose with sticky floors upon check-in, despite attempts at mopping that failed to resolve the problem. Some amenities like the gym were small with limited equipment, and I encountered difficulties obtaining essential items such as an iron and ironing board in a timely manner.

The hotel grounds are well maintained. I appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff. They addressed my fridge issue promptly and efficiently. The dining options were varied, and I enjoyed trying different meals, especially dinner. The pool area looked inviting from the pictures. The location is quite remote. It's not within walking distance to attractions, so I had to rely on taxis to get around. The room had a strong sewage smell upon entering, and the bedding showed signs of wear with holes in the sheets. Service at the bar was slow, and I felt ignored despite multiple staff being available. Breakfast lacked adequate protein options and often ran out of key items. The supposed 'soundproof' room was noisy. While I found parts of the hotel good, improvements are needed in several areas.
